The best of being a fan

Welcome to Shooting for the Show’s celebration of the fan experience. The focus of this blog is on business, but a major part of the sport is attending games and actually enjoying the sport. This page highlights the work of the guest bloggers who describe memorable minor and college hockey experiences.

  • Rather than having a guest post here, I take to Puck Sage to describe the madness at a Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins playoff game in April, 2012.
  • The incredible Scott Wazz shares his reflections on hockey life in Baltimore.
  • One of my former newspaper editors, Doug Schneider, offers his fixes for the American Hockey League.
  • Nicki Wright Conroy of http://www.nickisnook.netan offers an excellent writes about the championship banner raising at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena in Binghamton, NY.
